Bio

Hey there! I’m Peyton Naomi Leonard.

I'm a musician, author, and content creator dedicated to inspiring and uplifting teens through the power of music and storytelling.

With a background in vocal performance, English, and a deep passion for creativity, I strive to create content that resonates with young minds and helps them navigate the complexities of adolescence.

My mission is to ignite hearts, minds, and spirits through the transformative power of music, literature, and creative expression.

Rooted in authenticity, integrity, and a deep commitment to connection, I strive to inspire, uplift, and empower individuals to embrace their unique journeys, find solace in their struggles, and discover the beauty within themselves and the world around them.

With each melody, each word, and each creation, I aim to foster a community of empathy, understanding, and joy, where creativity knows no bounds and every voice is heard.

Here's a little taste of my backstory:

Music, singing, and faith have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

At the age of 10, I started writing my own music and teaching myself how to play piano. An opera singer in my church taught me how to sing classically for 6 years.

I went on to James Madison University, majoring in Vocal Performance - Opera. While I was at JMU, I contracted Lyme disease and had to withdraw from school.

It was a challenging time in my life, but God used music to help me get back on my feet. Now I use my music to help and encourage others, particularly the younger generations.

I know the road ahead will be fraught with adversity, especially dealing with 6 disorders and now fibromyalgia, but I am determined to persevere and show people how much God loves them and to provide an oasis for people who need it.

I also want to equip those with mental and physical health issues with healthy coping mechanisms, encouraging them to spread kindness and love wherever they go.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

— Psalm 73:26 (NIV)

Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits - who forgives your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.”

— Psalm 103:1-5 (NIV)
